The facility contains over 150,000 SF with 101 residential units.  The structural system is cast-in-place concrete with a dynamic curtain-wall facade, offering floor to ceiling glass in most units and a spectacular view of the city.  Constructability using 3-D Modeling.

As a member of the pre-construction development team my responsibilities included development of solutions for installation of underpinning, caissons, sheeting & shoring, pile caps, grade beams, mat-slab and the foundation walls as well as the necessary estimating and budgeting prerequisites for bid solicitation.
